Welcome to Nano Banana Prompt Cloud (https://www.nanobananaprompt.cloud), a free, community-driven library of prompts for Gemini AI image generation and related creative tools (“Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
The Service offers free basic features as well as optional paid offerings (such as premium prompt packs, exclusive content, unlimited collection storage, priority access to updates, or other value-added services, collectively referred to as “Paid Services”).
By accessing or using the Service (including free or paid portions), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use online services without parental consent). If you are below the age of independent consent, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Accounts and Registration
Browsing public prompts does not require registration, but certain features (including saving collections, accessing Paid Services, etc.) require creating an account.
When creating an account:
– You must provide accurate information.
– You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
– You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
– We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
You may delete your account at any time through account settings (if available) or by contacting us.
3. Free and Paid Services
– **Free portion**: Browsing, searching, copying, and basic use of public prompts are free and do not require payment.
– **Paid Services**: Include but are not limited to premium prompt libraries, exclusive categories, increased storage limits, ad-free experience, early access to new prompts, etc. Pricing, billing cycles, and details are displayed on the Service’s “Pricing” or “Upgrade” page (as shown at the time of purchase).
All prices are as displayed on the website and may vary by region, promotions, or taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but the remaining term of any previously purchased Paid Service will continue at the original price.
4. Payment and Subscriptions
– Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.). You agree to comply with their terms.
– Subscription-based Paid Services (monthly/yearly) will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
– You may manage, cancel, or downgrade subscriptions at any time via your account settings.
– Upon cancellation, you may continue using the Paid Service until the end of the current billing period, after which your access will revert to the free tier.
5. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to:
– Browse, search, copy, modify, and use prompts for personal, educational, non-commercial, or commercial creative projects.
– Save, organize, and manage your own prompts and collections (free tier has limits; paid tiers offer higher limits).
– Access exclusive paid content (only during an active paid subscription).
Public prompts are provided under a permissive license (free to use, modify, distribute). Exclusive paid content is also licensed for the same personal/creative uses but may not be resold or distributed as a standalone product.
6. User Content and Conduct
If you submit, save, or share content (prompts, titles, notes, collections):
– You retain ownership of your content.
– You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and make your content available within the Service.
– You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws.
Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):
– Submitting illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content.
– Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
– Impersonating others or creating multiple accounts to circumvent payment restrictions.
– Using the Service for spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial solicitation.
– Sharing exclusive paid content with non-paying users.
We may review, moderate, edit, or remove user content at our sole discretion. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, termination, and immediate revocation of Paid Services (without refund).
7. Intellectual Property
– The Service’s design, code, branding, and exclusive paid content are owned by us or our licensors.
– Community-contributed public prompts are licensed permissively for reuse.
– Third-party names (Gemini, Google, etc.) are used descriptively only; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee:
– That prompts will produce desired or consistent results in any AI model.
– Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
– That Paid Services will meet your specific expectations or needs.
Results depend on the AI model, version, settings, and other factors beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or zero if no payment was made).
10. Refund Policy
– Free services are non-refundable.
– Paid Services are generally non-refundable, except: (a) within 7 days of purchase if the service cannot be accessed or used as described, or (b) if we are unable to provide the service due to our fault.
– Subscription cancellations do not trigger immediate refunds; they only prevent future charges.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly for violations of these Terms or non-payment.
For Paid Services, termination does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining subscription period unless covered under the Refund Policy.
You may stop using the Service or cancel subscriptions at any time.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service (including maintaining an active Paid Service subscription) after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
